Resources

A specialist team, comprising 15 survey experts in Paris and a network of independent individuals covering the rest of the country, who work in an autonomous and committed manner, supported by the experience of a field manager, to offer you the best solutions which are most suitable to your surveys.

Our tools

We work with a client/server application based on SGBDR managing professional rules.
A total of 15 networked workstations allow us to have collective database access. Updates are immediate and we are able to access the history of each person selected. This application is developed and administered by an IT engineering specialist firm, which offers us a high level of annual availability for the Forum Etudes information system of 99.9%.

Thanks to our Panel, we maintain an updated "consumer" panel of 100,000 individuals in Paris/Rest of France and develop our own national file. We undertake selection on the basis of established criteria such as age, socio-professional group, income, as well as consumer habits, thanks to spontaneous and regularly updated tests. Our website and targeted media publications, as well as positioning on social networks allow us to constantly renew and expand this panel and use an interactive method to increase our dynamism and reach a wider range of the population.

A dedicated Android and Mac app allows us to remain connected to members of our panel, and to interact with them regardless of the type of project, and sharing with their circle of friends and network, all searches we undertake.

A dedicated area is offered to clients to be able to supervise current projects and discuss feedback on surveys in a constructive manner.
